The new technology allows dairy operators to turn every individual milking session into a highly accurate milk-solids check without relying on manual sampling or recurring consumables.

Utilizing near-infrared spectroscopy, the state-of-the-art biosensor system automatically measures core components—fat, protein, and lactose—while the cow is actively being milked.
